What is Individual Therapy?
Individual Therapy focuses on the individual’s immediate concerns that may stem from past experiences, which may impact future decisions or interactions. Individual Therapy is a one-on-one interaction between the counselor and the client. The two form a partnership that produces trust, respect, and accountability.
Once trust and rapport have been built, we will go deeper into the internal awareness and growth process.
Progress will not be measured only by what is discussed in sessions but also by the work done in your daily life to promote growth and consistency.
Individual Therapy – 50-minute session – $150.00
Individual sessions include 15-minute consultation, which gives you a chance to see if you feel comfortable with me, and it gives us both a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
