What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy focuses on the individual’s immediate concerns that may stem from past experiences, which may in turn impact future decisions or interactions. Individual therapy is a one- on- one interaction between counselor and the client. The two form a partnership that produces trust, respects, and accountability.
Once trust and rapport has been built we will begin to go deeper into the process of internal awareness and growth.
Progress will not be measure by what is discussed in sessions only, but also by the work done in your day to day life to promote growth and consistency.
Individual Therapy – 50 minute session – $100.00
Individual sessions include 15 minute consultation, this gives you a chance to see if you feel comfortable with me, and it gives us both a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
Suggested for individuals needing support in the area of depression, anxiety, career, relationships, etc.
